Experts say that combining fitness and lunch is one of the best ways to incorporate exercise into a busy lifestyle.
Head over to the Trotter Activities Center on Mondays and Fridays, any time between 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., for a 30-minute workout. We’ll have all the equipment you need and a workout of the day on the board (or choose your own adventure!).
We’ve got showers and water fountains so come ready to work!
