Children's Ministry
Children's Sunday School
Sundays at 9:15 am
While parents are attending Sunday School children (1st through 6th grade) can be learning lessons from the Bible in classes geared for them. Children learn about the Bible through stories, interactive activities, music, and art. See the information desk in the church foyer for the room number of individual classes.
Wednesdays at 6 pm
Music classes are available for children to learn music in a fun, informal setting. Children participate in several musical programs throughout the year. Hand bells are offered for children in 5th and 6th grade.
Children's Mission Groups
Wednesdays at 6 pm
Mission groups learn about ways people are sharing their faith and helping others around the world. Classes are available for boys (Royal Ambassadors) and girls (Girls in Action) in 1st through 6th grade.
Vacation Bible School
A weeklong summer event is planned for preschoolers and children ages four-years-old through 6th grade. Bible School is a fun-filled spiritual adventure in which children learn about the Bible through stories, arts and crafts, music, games, and recreational activities.
Basketball Camp
Two basketball camps take place during the summer with age-appropriate instruction in an encouraging atmosphere where every child can succeed. Each camp is one week long; Monday through Friday, from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm. |
